海口市人民医院重症科护士共情疲劳现状及与工作压力和心理弹性相关性分析 被引量:8

Analysis on current situation of empathy fatigue among nurses in critical care department of Haikou People’s Hospital and its correlation with work pressure and mental resilience

摘要 目的了解海口市人民医院重症科护士共情疲劳(CF)现状及与工作压力和心理弹性的相关性。方法 2018年1月—2019年1月选取海口市人民医院重症科102名护士为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、护士职业压力源量表、共情疲劳简短量表和心理弹性量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果海口市人民医院重症科护士工作压力和CF及心理弹性得分分别为90.23±15.53、48.73±12.13和42.88±13.43。海口市人民医院重症科护士学历、职称越高,护龄越长,CF得分越低(均P<0.05);海口市人民医院重症科护士CF与工作压力总分及患者护理、工作量和时间、护理工作和专业呈正相关(r=0.987、0.455、0.431、0.527,均P<0.05);心理弹性为海口市人民医院重症科护士CF的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论海口市人民医院重症科护士CF处于中等阶段,与工作压力及心理弹性有关,护理管理者应采取必要措施加强护士心理建设和新老护士培训,并强化社会支持,创建轻松、积极的工作氛围,降低工作压力,提高心理弹性,促进CF程度降低。 Objective To investigate the current situation of empathy fatigue(CF) among nurses in critical care department of Haikou People’s Hospital and its correlation with work pressure and mental resilience. Methods Totally 102 nurses were selected from the critical care department of Haikou People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as the research object,and were investigated by using general data questionnaire,nurse job stressors scale,empathy fatigue-short scale,and mental resilience Scale(CD-RISC). And the data were analyzed. Results The scores of working pressure,CF and mental resilience of nurses in the critical care department of Haikou People’s Hospital were 90.23 ±15.53,48.73±12.13 and 42.88 ±13.43,respectively. The higher the educational background,the higher the professional title and the longer the nursing age,the lower the CF score(all P<0.05). The CF of nurses in the critical care department of Haikou People’s Hospital was positively correlated with total scores of working pressure,patient care,workload and time, and nursing work and specialty(r=0.987,0.455,0.431,0.527,all P<0.05). The mental resilience was the influencing factor of CF in critical care nurses in Haikou People’s Hospital(P<0.05). Conclusion The CF of nurses in critical care department of Haikou People’s Hospital is in the middle stage,which is related to work pressure and mental resilience. Therefore,nursing managers should take necessary measures to strengthen the psychological construction of nurses and the training of new and old nurses,strengthen social support,create a relaxed and positive working atmosphere,reduce work pressure,improve mental resilience and promote the reduction of CF.
