摘要
目的了解警察职业倦怠和心理资本的现状及关系。方法采用整群随机抽样法,于2019年9—10月选择四川省某警察战训基地224名警察为研究对象,采用《Maslach职业倦怠调查普适量表》《心理资本问卷》进行调查。结果警察职业倦怠、心理资本得分分别为2.44±1.06和4.04±0.74。领导职务者职业倦怠得分低于非领导职务者(P<0.01),心理资本得分高于非领导职务者(P<0.01)。警察职业倦怠与心理资本呈负相关(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,乐观、韧性、是否担任领导职务是职业倦怠的主要影响因素,可解释总变异的56.7%。结论警察心理资本可影响其职业倦怠,增加心理资本有助于降低其职业倦怠。
Objective To understand the status and relationship of job burnout and psychological capital among polices. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to select 224 polices from a police combat training base in Sichuan Province from September to October 2019. Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey and Psychological Capital Scale were used for investigation.Results The score of job burnout and psychological capital among polices was 2.44±1.06 and 4.04±0.74 respectively. The job burnout score of leaders was lower than that of the non-leaders(P<0.01), while the score of psychological capital was higher than that of the non-leaders(P<0.01). The score of job burnout was negatively correlated with psychological capital score(P<0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that optimism, resiliency and leading position were the main influencing factors of job burnout,which could explain 56.7% of the total variation. Conclusion Psychological capital of polices affects their job burnout, and increasing psychological capital is helpful to reduce job burnout.
