新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间居家隔离人员压力水平及情绪状况调查

Investigation on stress level and emotional status of isolated people at home during outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间隔离人员压力水平及情绪状况。方法 2020年2—4月使用一般资料调查表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和应激感受量表(PSS-10)对无锡地区555名居家隔离人员的心理健康状况进行线上问卷调查。结果抑郁检出率为1.98%,焦虑检出率为3.78%,压力水平低、中、高分别占56.76%、35.86%和7.39%。学历中专及以下、医务人员及存在身体健康问题的隔离人员的SDS得分略高;学历中专及以下、农民及出现身体健康问题的隔离人员SAS得分较高。隔离人员SAS、SDS及PSS-10得分均呈两两正相关(均P<0.01)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对隔离人员焦虑、抑郁情绪及压力水平都造成了一定的影响,应对焦虑、抑郁情绪明显及压力较大的隔离人员进行危机干预,持续提供心理评估疏导等干预措施。

Objective To investigate the stress level and emotional status of isolated people during the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19). Methods From February to April 2020, general information questionnaire, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS) and stress response scale(PSS-10) were used to investigate the mental health status of 555 isolated people in Wuxi area by the online questionnaire survey. Results The detection rate of depression and anxiety was 1.98% and3.78% respectively. Low, medium and high levels of stress accounted for 56.76%, 35.86% and 7.39%, respectively. The isolated people who had the educational background of technical secondary school or below, were medical staff and had physical health problems had the slightly higher SDS scores. The isolated people who had the educational background of technical secondary school or below, were farmers and had physical health problems had the slightly higher SAS scores. The scores of SAS, SDS and PSS-10 were positively correlated(all P<0.01). Conclusion The epidemic of COVID-19 has a certain impact on anxiety, depression and pressure level of the isolated people. Crisis intervention should be carried out for the isolated people with obvious anxiety,depression and high pressure, and interventions such as psychological assessment and counseling should be provided continuously.
