职业紧张生物学标志物研究进展

当前我国经济迅速发展,职业人群的职业压力迅速增加,职业紧张对职业人群身心健康的影响已经成为一个重要的公共卫生问题。当前对职业紧张的评价多采用调查问卷的方法,但是以上方法存在主观因素较多的局限性,方便、快捷、有效的客观评价指标可以避免以上问题。近几年国内外学者就职业紧张的生物学标志物作了深入研究,本文通过收集分析最新的研究成果,对职业紧张生物学标志物的最新研究进展进行综述。

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the occupational pressure of the professional population is rapidly increasing, and the impact of occupational stress on the physical and mental health of the professional population has become an important public health problem. At present, the evaluation of occupational stress mostly uses the questionnaire method, but the methods have the limitation of many subjective factors. The objective evaluation indicators are convenient, fast and effective, and can avoid the above problems. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have made in-depth research on biological markers of occupational stress. This article summarizes the latest research progress of biological markers of occupational stress by collecting and analyzing the latest research results.
