昆虫幼虫生产重组蛋白研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着重组蛋白生产技术的迅速发展,大量宿主被应用于该领域。传统的表达系统不能胜任部分极具价值的蛋白的大规模生产。采用重组杆状病毒感染的昆虫幼虫表达高水平蛋白质是一种很好的选择,特别是那些需要翻译后修饰的蛋白质。在昆虫幼虫中表达重组蛋白比在细胞中表达成本和设备要求更低。该文对杆状病毒表达系统和以昆虫幼虫为基础生产重组蛋白表达中幼虫的选择、昆虫幼虫生产重组蛋白工艺及应用进行综述,阐明昆虫幼虫生产重组蛋白的优缺点,以期为进一步提高昆虫幼虫生产重组蛋白技术提供支持与参考。 Recombinant protein production technology is developing rapidly,a large number of hosts are used in this field.Traditional expression systems can not used to manufacture some valuable proteins.The use of recombinant baculovirus-infected insect larvae to express high levels of protein is considered a good choice,especially those need to be modified after translation.Expression of recombinant protein in larvae is lower cost and equipment requirements than expression in cells.This review describes the baculovirus expression system and insect larvae as the basis for the selection of larvae in the production of recombinant protein expression,technology and application of insect larvae to produce recombinant protein.The advantages and disadvantages of insect larvae producing recombinant protein are clarified.It was hoped to provide support and reference for developing the technology of insect larvae producing recombinant protein.
