新冠肺炎疫情期间“闻—见—试—思—悟”线上智慧课堂的教学探讨——以中西医结合内科学为例 被引量:3

Wisdom Class-based teaching mode of “listening-watching-practicing-thinking-reflecting” during COVID-19: A case study of Integrated Chinese and Western Internal Medicine

摘要 针对中西医结合内科学线上教学中存在的问题,结合现代信息技术,将以成果为导向的产出式教育应用于该课程的教学目标、课程定位、授课内容、教学方法改革及线上学习效果、考核评价标准认定中,形成"闻—见—试—思—悟"线上优化教学模式,实现学生的智慧发展。课程结合学科特长与研究基础,主动化危为机,将专业知识与战"疫"现实有机结合,更好地培养学生在疫情面前熟练运用中医西结合临床思维,提高临床技能,最终实现将课程建设与培养目标对接、培养目标与专业需求契合的专业授课目标,推动线上教学模式的改革落地,使疫情防控期间教育教学工作平稳有序开展。 Based on the existing teaching problems of Internal Medicine of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine,we adopted output-oriented approach to fulfilling teaching objectives,orienting curriculum,adjusting teaching content,reforming teaching methods,evaluating teaching efficacy,and improving assessment system. The Wisdom Class-based teaching mode of "listening-watching-practicing-thinking-reflecting"was formed to optimize online teaching and enhance students’ intelligence. We actively turned the crisis into opportunities,integrating professional expertise with experiences gained from the fight against COVID-19,training students to use TCM knowledge and apply clinical thinking in the face of the pandemic. By so doing,the course construction and training objectives can be connected,and the training objectives can be in line with the professional needs. The online teaching reform enabled orderly teaching possible during COVID-19 outbreak.
