Practice and exploration of “Five Ones” online teaching of Tuina

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情期间,着眼于"停课不停教""停课不停学"的要求,学生的自主学习需要不断的优化。我校推拿学在线教学采用"五个一"的高效自主学习设计方案,促使教师从理念层面、理论学习层面、践行层面、效果评价层面等,多层面进行课程设计,把课程章节内容具体化、精细化、深入化。充分激发学生自主学习的积极性和主动性,从而确保在线学习能够达到既定的教学目标。在线"五个一"教学设计不仅满足特殊时期"教"与"学"的需求,亦将成为平常时期,涵盖线上与线下教学安排的指导。 During COVID-19 outbreak,students need to optimize their autonomous learning under "nonstopping teaching and learning"situation. The online teaching of Tuina has adopted the "Five One"autonomous learning scheme to encourage teachers to design their courses from the perspective of teaching,learning,practicing and assessing. In this case,teaching can be conducted in depth and in detail,and can fully stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of students ’ autonomous learning, so as to achieve the designed online learning objectives. The"Five One"teaching design not only meets the needs of teaching and learning in the current special period,it can also provide guidance for online and offline teaching.
