高等教育大众化背景下“一体两翼”本科中医药英才教育模式的改革探索

“One Body Two Wings” mode of TCM undergraduate elite education based on popularity of higher education

基于目标导向、问题导向和需求导向背景分析基础上,提出大众化教育背景下"一体两翼"本科中医药英才教育模式改革的基本思路。以大众化专业教育为主体,以中医药学术传承与创新创业能力培养为两翼,采取底线准入、逐级选拔、分层递进、宽进严出和个性化培养有机结合的路径,进行全员、全程、全面参与的本科中医药英才培养工作,探索构建既满足专业教育规模化人才培养需要,又满足扶优扶特和因材施教需求,促使潜质优秀、学有余力、学有兴趣、学有专长的学生更好成长成才的"一体两翼"本科中医药英才教育新模式。从组织机构、师资队伍、课程体系、个性化培养、体制机制保障等方面,介绍了推动实施本项改革的具体举措。

On the basis of goal-oriented,problem-oriented and demand-oriented background analysis,this paper puts forward the basic idea of educational reform mode of TCM talents under popularity of higher education."One Body"refers to popular professional education as the main body,while"Two Wings"refers to cultivating the ability to inherit academic TCM and further innovate TCM. The individualized cultivation of undergraduate TCM talents should integratively adopt the following strategies such as bottom-line admission,graded selection,graded progression as well as lenient admission and strict graduation. Also,the cultivation of TCM talents should be carried out by all staff,in the full length and with comprehensive participation of students. This reform has explored a construction not only meeting the needs of large-scale professional education for talent cultivation,but also the needs of teaching according to student’s different proficiency,from excellent students to students with special needs. This new mode will promote the growth and success of students with potential,ability,interest and expertise in learning. The authors introduce the concrete measures to promote the implementation of this reform from organizational structure,faculty,curriculum system,personalized training and institutional mechanism.
