摘要
案例教学法是内经教学中为提高学生中医理论水平并能培养出运用相关理论解决临床实际问题的能力而开展的一种教学方法。结合自身教学经验,总结了案例教学法在内经教学中的重要作用,探讨了其案例选取与运用的几个主要方面,包括临床案例、方药案例、注家案例、学说案例等,同时案例教学法也必须与导入教学法、混合教学法、讨论教学法、PBL教学法、比较教学法等综合运用,以更好地提升内经课程的教学效果。
The application of case method in the teaching of Neijing aims at improving students’theoretical knowledge and cultivating their ability to solve clinical problems in practice.Based on the authors’teaching experience,this paper first identifies the important role of case method in the teaching of Neijing,and then explores the main aspects of case selection and application,including clinical cases,prescription cases,expert’s cases,theory cases,etc.The authors also emphasize the integration of other teaching methods to guarantee and enhance the teaching effectiveness,such as lead-in,discussion,PBL,comparison as well as blended teaching methods.
