将“医药圆融”理念应用在本科生中药学教学中的思考

Application of the concept of “integration of medicine and pharmacy” in the teaching of Chinese Materia Medica for undergraduates

中药学是中医药各专业的基础课程,也是联系中医基础与临床应用各类课程的桥梁。从中医理论的基本功、精通《方剂学》相关知识、熟悉中医临床各科常见病、掌握广义中药学的内容4个方面,探讨了"医药圆融"理念下中药学教师应具备的知识结构,认为在此理念下的中药学教学,应针对中医学、中药学等不同专业、不同职业发展方向的学生而有不同的侧重点,对"医药圆融"理念下的中药学教学改革效果提出了3个方面的预期,为使学生成为"医"知"药"、"药"懂"医"的优秀中医药人才提供教学思路。

Chinese materia medica is one of the core and the main course connecting fundamental theories of TCM and the clinical practice. Based on the concept of medical integration,teachers should equip with: basic knowledge of TCM theories,relevant knowledge of Formulas of TCM,knowledpe of common diseases in clinic,and general knowledge of Chinese Materia Medica. Guided by this concept,the authors advocate that the teaching of Chinese Materia Medica should be tailored according to different specialties and different professional career developments. It is predicted the outcome of the teaching reform from three perspectives. This paper offers an approach to cultivating excellent TCM talents who are proficient in both medicine and pharmacy.
