氮磷和盐度对杜氏盐藻生产性能的正交优化试验 被引量:2

摘要 利用正交试验研究氮磷供给水平和盐度对杜氏盐藻物质生产能力的影响,发现磷源浓度的影响不显著,而培养基的盐度和氮源浓度影响显著。氮源充足有利于蛋白质生产;低盐度(20‰)有利于蛋白质和总糖生产;中等浓度的氮源(NaNO318.75 mg/L)和高盐(60‰)有利于藻粉干重产出。作为饲料添加成分的高蛋白杜氏盐藻,可采取高盐、高氮培养。如考虑综合利用,对各条件合理组合,也可提高培养效益。 In this study,orthogonal experiments were used to study the nitrogen and phosphorus supply level and salinity on the material production capacity of D.salina.The results showed that the concentra⁃tion of phosphorus had no significant effect on the production of D.salina.The nitrogen concentration significantly affected the material production of D.salina.Among them,sufficient nitrogen supply was beneficial to protein production;low salinity as(20‰)was beneficial to protein and total sugar produc⁃tion;moderate concentration of nitrogen as 18.75 mg/L NaNO3 and high salinity of 60‰was beneficial to algal dry weight production.As for the production of feed ingredients that demand the high protein content of D.salina,cultivation with high salinity and high nitrogen supply can be adopted.If compre⁃hensive utilization is considered for D.salina cells,such factors should be reasonably combined based on different purposes,so as to improve the benefits of D.salina cultivation.
