茴香提取液对小鼠血压和心率影响的实验研究

摘要 目的:探究茴香对心血管功能是否存在影响。方法:取40只KM小鼠随机分为正常对照组(给予0.9%NaCl注射液)、替米沙坦组(给予1 mg/ml替米沙坦溶液)、茴香低浓度组和茴香高浓度组(分别给予300 mg/ml、600 mg/ml的茴香提取液),每天灌胃一次,连续14 d。末次灌胃后30 min检测各组小鼠的收缩压、舒张压和心率。结果:替米沙坦组的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于正常对照组、茴香低浓度组和茴香高浓度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而心率与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。正常对照组、茴香低浓度组和茴香高浓度组的收缩压、舒张压、心率两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:茴香不参与调节心脏起搏系统活动和血管舒缩过程,对小鼠的血压和心率无明显影响。 Objective To explore the effect of Foeniculum vulgare into cardiovascular function.Method KM mice forty were randomly divided into 4 groups,Normal control group were given 0.9%NaCl injection,Telmisartan group were given 1 mg/ml Telmisartan solution,Foeniculum vulgare low concentration group and high concentration group respectively were give 300,600 mg/ml of the Foeniculum vulgare extract,gastric perfusion once a day,continuous 14 day.The mice in each group 30min after the last dose,Detection Systolic Pressure(SBP)、Diastolic Pressure(DBP)、Heart Rate(HR).Results Telmisartan group of the SBP and DBP all were significantly lower than Normal control group,Foeniculum vulgare low concentration group and high concentration group(P<0.01),but of HR no significant difference in Normal control group(P>0.05).Normal control group,Foeniculum vulgare low concentration group and high concentration group of the SBP,DBP,HR no significant difference in pairwise comparison between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Foeniculum vulgare was not involved in the regulation of cardiac pacing system activity and vasomotor contraction process,and had no significant effect on blood pressure and HR in mice.
