Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on postoperative restlessness in pediatric patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Method 100 cases of laparoscopic treatment of children were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.50 cases in each group, and 30 min before anesthesia induction to children with intravenous 0.5μg/kg right beautiful mi set,the control group gives children the isodose physiological saline injections, two groups of subsequent anesthesia methods and treatment are consistent, the efficacy of the two groups of children with anesthesia, recovery agitation and adverse reactions occur were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of time indexes such as anesthesia, resuscitation and recovery room(P>0.05).The total incidence of restlessness in the recovery period of the experimental group was 6.00%,significantly lower than the total incidence of 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was 2.00%in the experimental group and 16.00%in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Before induction of anesthesia, dexmedetomidine can effectively reduce the incidence of agitation during recovery from anesthesia in children undergoing laparoscopic surgery, which is worthy of promotion.
