摘要
目的:更加客观、深入地了解吉林省医院医保办人员工作压力现状,从而提出科学减轻工作压力的方案。方法:通过吉林省医院医疗保险研究会发放479份调查问卷,针对问卷的录入结果,采用描述性分析和χ2检验等统计学方法进行比较分析。结果:人均接待患者量大;部分医保办人员人均月收入不足;个人工作发展空间稍显不足;日常工作中最常发生争执的对象是患者;部分医保办人员承担科研任务较重。结论:医保办人员在日常工作中背负着巨大的工作压力,需要社会各界的关注,帮助找出减轻工作压力的方案。
Objective To have an objective and intensive understanding of work pressure of medical insurance management personnel allocation in Jilin Province,and then put forward scientific programming for reducing work pressure.Method 479 questionnaires were distributed by The Medical Insurance Research Institute of Jilin Province.Descriptive analysis and χ^(2) test were used to compare the results of the questionnaires.Results The number of patients received per capita was large,the income of part of medical insurance management personnel was insufficient,the personal development workspace was slightly insufficient,the main object of dispute was patient in daily work,and the research effort of part of medical insurance management personnel was heavy.Conclusion The work pressure of medical insurance management personnel is heavy,and it needs to arouse the attention of the society,and help to find solutions to be reduced.
