针灸联合药物治疗平坦下降型突发性聋的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drug therapy on flat descending sudden deafness

目的探讨针灸联合药物治疗平坦下降型突发性聋的疗效。方法将我科于2017年2月-2020年5月收治入院的82例平坦下降型突发性聋患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组使用针灸配合药物治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。结果治疗后从整体疗效、听力损失程度、就诊前发病时间等方面进行比较,观察组整体疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);不同听力损失程度的观察组疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05);发病1周内的观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),发病时间大于1周的两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针灸联合药物治疗是发病1周内的平坦下降型突发性聋的有效治疗手段,可提高其治疗效果、促进患者听力康复。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drug treatment on flat-falling sudden deafness.Methods 82 patients with flat-falling sudden deafness admitted to our department from February 2017 to May 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drug treatment,while the control group was treated with drug treatment alone.Results After treatment,the overall efficacy,degree of hearing loss and onset time were compared,The overall efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the efficacy of the observation group with different degrees of hearing loss was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group within 1 week of onset(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups with onset time greater than 1 week(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drug therapy is an effective treatment for flat-falling sudden deafness within one week of onset,which can improve the therapeutic effect and promote the hearing rehabilitation of patients.
