布地奈德鼻喷剂和针刺蝶腭神经节治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

Effect of budesonide nasal spray and acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的观察用布地奈德鼻喷剂和针刺蝶腭神经节治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法把120例持续性变应性鼻炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,对照组口服氯雷他定片+布地奈德鼻喷剂,观察组口服氯雷他定片+布地奈德鼻喷剂+针刺蝶腭神经节,1个月后参照AR症状计分方法计算疗效指数并作χ2检验。结果对照组显效38例,有效11例,无效11例,总有效率为81.7%;观察组显效34例,有效17例,无效9例,总有效率为85%;两组差异无统计学意义。结论蝶腭神经节的应用解剖比较成熟,但在盲视下针刺具有一定风险性,导致患者的依从性较低;目前对其疗效的报道多停留在典型病例上,有必要进行深入的循证医学分析。

Objective To observe the effect of budesonide nasal spray and acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with persistent allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral loratadine+budesonide nasal spray,while the treatment group was treated with oral loratadine+budesonide nasal spray+acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion.One month later,the therapeutic effect index was calculated according to AR symptom scoring method andχ2 tests were made.Results In the control group,38 cases were effective,11 cases were effective,11 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 81.7%.In the treatment group,34 cases were effective,17 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 85%.There was no statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion The applied anatomy of sphenopalatine ganglion is relatively mature,but acupuncture under blind vision has certain risk,which leads to low compliance of patients.At present,the report of its efficacy mostly stays on the typical cases,so it is necessary to conduct in-depth evidence-based analysis.
