摘要
目前,肠道微生态已成为当今研究热点之一,肠道菌群的变化对机体生理功能的影响至关重要。肝纤维化是各种慢性肝病向肝纤维化发展过程中的关键步骤和影响慢性肝病预后的重要环节。肠道菌群的微生态平衡与失调影响肝纤维化过程的发展。同样,在肝纤维化发展过程中,肠道菌群也发生不同程度的改变。本文主要介绍肠道微生态平衡与失衡、肠道菌群参与肝纤维化的过程、“肠-肝轴”与肝纤维化的关系。
In recent years,intestinal microecology has become one of the current research hotspots,and the change of intestinal flora has an important influence on the physiological functions of the body.Hepatic fibrosis is a key step in the development of various chronic liver diseases to liver fibrosis and an important link that affects the prognosis of chronic liver diseases.The imbalance of the microecological balance of the intestinal flora will affect the development of liver fibrosis.Similarly,the pathological process of hepatic fibrosis can lead to varying degrees of changes in the intestinal flora.This article mainly summarizes the intestinal microecological balance and imbalance,the involvement of intestinal flora in the process of liver fibrosis,the relationship between“gut-liver axis”and liver fibrosis.
