奶牛蹄部不同部位温度在跛行诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了确定应用手持式红外线测温仪筛选奶牛蹄部不同部位的温度用于奶牛跛行的诊断价值,本研究在奶牛修蹄前进行跛行评分,修蹄后用手持式红外线测温仪分别测量奶牛右后蹄系部、右后蹄外侧趾远轴侧蹄壁和右后蹄外侧趾蹄底三角区的温度,分析其与奶牛跛行程度的相关性,并绘制不同部位蹄部温度的ROC曲线,确定其诊断作用和最佳临界值。结果显示,在该奶牛养殖场,奶牛系部温度、远轴侧蹄壁温度对奶牛跛行诊断具有良好的效能,并分别建立25.30℃(特异性74.7%、敏感性61.3%)和18.75℃(特异性82.7%、敏感性57.3%)的最佳阈值。 The purpose of this study was to determine the value of temperature of different parts of the hoof for the diagnosis of lameness in dairy cow.In this study,lameness in dairy cow was evaluated prior to hoof trimming,then the hooves were trimmed,the temperature of the right hind hoof,the far-axis side hoof wall of lateral toe of the right hind hoof and the trigone of hoof sole of the right hind were measured using the hand-held infrared thermometer,respectively.The correlation between the temperature of different parts of the hoof and the degree of lameness was analyzed.The ROC curves of hoof temperature in different parts were drawn to determine the diagnostic role and the optimal critical value.The results showed that in this dairy farm,the department temperature and the far-axis side hoof wall temperature in dairy cows had good effects on the diagnosis of lameness,and the optimal thresholds 25.30℃(specificity 74.7%,sensitivity 61.3%)and 18.75℃(specificity 82.7%,sensitivity 57.3%)were established respectively.
