氧化铝陶瓷烧结缺陷的电子探针分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了降低氧化铝陶瓷烧结的温度,使用添加剂是一种常用的有效方法,这种方法对原材料质量和烧结工艺的控制也有不同的要求.本文借助电子探针显微分析仪对比分析了一类低温烧结氧化铝陶瓷表面缺陷的问题.分析结果表明:相比正常烧结件,有缺陷的色彩异常烧结件原材料颗粒较大,残存有未熔的添加剂颗粒物,但异常烧结件不同颜色区域的微观形貌差异并不明显,导致肉眼可见的色彩异常的原因是微观区域元素的元素面分布有差异.本文针对正常烧结件,给出了工艺进一步优化的建议. In order to reduce the sintering temperature of alumina ceramics,using additives is a common and effective method,which also has different requirements for the quality of raw materials and control of sintering process.In this paper,the surface defects of a kind of low temperature sintered alumina ceramics are compared and analyzed by means of electron probe microanalyzer(EPMA).The results show that:Compared winth the normal sintered parts,the defective color abnormal sintered parts have larger raw materials particles and residual unmelted additive particles,but the difference of the micc-morphology in different color areas of the abnormal sintered parts is not obvious,the cause of the abnormal color is the abnormal distribution of the element surface in the microscopic area.For normal sintered parts,suggestions for further optimization of the process are also given.
