应用型本科高校实验室资源共享现状及对策

在科技日益进步、信息互联互通的今天,高校实验室共享使用和管理已经成为一种趋势,被越来越多的高校所重视,作为实践教学占很大比重的广大应用型本科高校,实验室共享工作更为重要,但就目前来看,应用型本科高校在实验室资源共享方面还存在着投入不足、意识不强、体制不畅、制度不全、队伍不精、水平不高等诸多的困难和问题.必须针对以上问题,进一步加大工作力度,有的放矢,精准施策,大力推进实验室资源共享,以期通过实验室有效共享,更好地发挥实验室在人才培养、科学研究以及社会服务等方面的应有作用.

With the increasing development of technology and information interconnection of present days,shared use and management of college laboratories has become a tendency,which is paid attention to by more universities,especially by application-oriented universities which are featured with practical teaching.Quite a few problems,however,still exist in the shared use and management of college laboratories such as insufficient investment,weak consciousness,incomplete organization,imperfect system and incapable teams,etc.To solve the problems above,more efforts must be made and more accurate policies must be adopted.Only in this way can the shared laboratories play its due part in cultivating talents,conducting scientific research and serving the society.
