摘要
钛酸锂作为锂离子电池负极材料是近几年来的一个研究热点,然而钛酸锂材料在使用过程中容易产生气体,影响了其广泛使用。本文通过控制LFP/LTO电池制作工艺,增大材料压实,采用高温加压化成,选择合适的高温老化时间,抑制了电池在循环过程中的产气,制备出了性能优异的LFP/LTO电池。
Lithium titanate as anode material of lithium-ion batteries is a research hotspot in recent years.However,lithium titanate materials are prone to produce gas during batteries operation,which affects their widespread use.In this paper,the manufacturing process of LFP/LTO battery,such as increasing the material compaction,adopting high-temperature pressurized formation,and selecting the appropriate high-temperature aging time are introduced,which help inhibit the gas production in the cycle process of the battery and furthermore makes the LFP/LTO battery excellent on performances.
