摘要 滑靴副是柱塞泵中极其重要的部件。通过分析滑靴副内压降系数和阻尼孔的类型与尺寸的关系,发现阻尼长孔有助于压降并且阻尼孔直径越小压降越显著,受限于加工难度,阻尼孔很难加工成细长孔,对此,提出了多段阻尼孔的结构,通过尺寸设计,满足所需压降。建立了CFD模型和分析阻尼孔内的流态,通过仿真结果发现此类阻尼孔及其设计尺寸满足压降需求。 Slipper/Swash-plate pair plays an important role in axial piston pump.The relationship between the pressure difference and the kinds and sizes of damping orifice is analyzed.It's found that long damping orifice is helpful for decreasing pressure.The smaller the diameter of orifice is,the larger the pressure difference is.Because of the manufacturing difficulty,the long damping orifice with small diameter is hard to make.In order to solve the problem,the paper proposes a multiple damping orifice which can be satisfied the pressure difference with the design of sizes.The CFD model and flow analysis are demonstrated in the paper.According to the simulation results,this kind of damping orifice and its sizes are satisfied the expected pressure difference.
