民用飞机燃油系统试验高度模拟系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 地面试验室试验是开展民用飞机燃油系统试验的重要组成部分。地面试验中高度模拟系统的建立对模拟燃油系统的工作状态具有重要意义。设计了适用于民用飞机燃油系统试验的高度模拟系统,并对系统工作原理进行了介绍,对其中的负压调节系统、引气调节系统、液压伺服系统、控制系统进行阐述,分析系统运行状况。结果表明:在模拟飞机爬升过程中,系统控制的平均相对误差为0.02%;在模拟飞机下降过程中,系统控制的平均相对误差为0.06%;当进行全剖面模拟时,系统控制的平均相对误差为0.09%。因此,高度模拟系统能够准确模拟飞机燃油箱内的气压变化,并且能够为开展民用飞机的燃油系统试验提供支持。 Ground laboratory test is an important part of fuel system test for civil aircraft.The establishment of height simulation system in ground test is of great significance to simulate the working state of fuel system.The height simulation system for fuel system test of civil aircraft was designed.The working principle of the system is introduced,and the negative pressure regulating system,air entraining regulating system,hydraulic servo system and control system are expounded.By analyzing the operating condition of the system,in the process of simulating aircraft climb,the result shows that the average relative error of system control is 0.02%.In the process of simulating aircraft decent,the result shows that the average relative error of system control is 0.06%.In the process of simulating flight profile,the result shows that the average relative error of system control is 0.09%.Therefore,the altitude simulation system can accurately simulate the change of air pressure in aircraft fuel tank,And the height simulation system can support the fuel system test of civil aircraft.
