摘要
通过访谈、问卷调查和因素分析,建立了应用型本科管理专业“双师型”教师胜任力模型。模型包括4个一级指标和26个二级指标。4个一级指标及权重分别为基本职业素养(24.07%)、管理实践与教学能力(23.55%)、人际影响力(26.31%)和科研创新能力(26.07%)。同时,对于应用型本科高校进行管理专业“双师型”教师的培养和开发提出了明确标准、完善认证和监督制度、建立培养路径和健全激励体系等方面的管理建议。
Through interviews,questionnaires and factor analysis,this paper establishes a"double-qualified"teacher competency model for management majors in application-oriented universities.The model includes four first-level indexes and 26 second-level indexes.The four first-level indicators are basic professional accomplishment(weight 24.07%),management practice and teaching ability(weight 23.55%),interpersonal influence(weight 26.31%)and scientific research innovation ability(weight 26.07%).At the same time,this study puts forward suggestions for the cultivation and development of"double-qualified and double-capable"teachers of management specialty in application-oriented universities,such as clarifying standards,perfecting certification and supervision system,establishing training paths and perfecting incentive system.
