摘要
针对旋转变压器解码电路误差对永磁同步电机(PMSM)转子位置检测精度的影响,深入分析了解码电路工作原理,基于角度/速度观测器,设计了一种高精度快响应的旋转变压器信号估算方法。电路采用低电压运放MCA33202对旋变输出正弦和余弦信号进行解码,基于解码后的估算角度构建了单位反馈闭环系统,优化了解码电路关键器件参数,提高了PMSM转子位置检测精度。通过1台2.5 kW高速PMSM验证了该算法的有效性和可行性。
The error of resolver decoding circuit has effect on the rotor position detection accuracy of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).In order to reduce the influence,the principle of decoding circuit is analyzed.A decoding circuit with the advantages of high precision and fast response is proposed.The low voltage operational amplifier MCA33202 is used to decode the sine and cosine signals from the resolver,and the unit feedback closed-loop system is constructed based on the estimated angle after decoding.The key device parameters of the decoding circuit are optimized and the rotor position detection accuracy of PMSM is increased by the proposed method.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the decoding circuit are verified by a 2.5 kW high-speed PMSM.
