家庭关系对高校医学新生心理应激、心理弹性的影响研究

Influence of family relationship on psychological stress and resilience of medical freshmen

目的探讨家庭关系对高校医学新生心理应激、心理弹性的影响。方法采用随机整群抽样法选取广西某医科院校2019级25个班的1250名医学本科新生作为调查对象。利用基本情况调查问卷、学生生活应激问卷及心理弹性量表进行调查分析。结果调查对象心理应激总分为(112.21±19.56)分。不同家庭关系医学生心理应激与心理弹性各维度评分及总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。心理弹性及各维度分别与心理应激及各维度呈负相关(P<0.01)。心理弹性对心理应激、应激源有负向预测作用(P<0.01)。结论改善家庭关系可提高高校医学新生的心理弹性,从而更好地应对心理应激。

Objective To explore the influence of family relationship on psychological stress and resilience of medical freshmen.Methods 1250 medical freshmen from 25 classes of 2019 grade in a medical university in Guangxi were selected as the subjects by random cluster sampling.The basic situation questionnaire,students′life stress questionnaire and resilience scale were used for investigation and analysis.Results The total score of psychological stress was(112.21±19.56)point.There were statistically significant differences in the each dimension scores and total scores of psychological stress and resilience of medical freshmen with different family relationships(P<0.01).Resilience and each dimensions were negatively correlated with psychological stress and each dimension(P<0.01).Resilience could negatively predict psychological stress and stressors(P<0.01).Conclusion Improving family relationship can improve the psychological resilience of medical freshmen in colleges and universities,so as to better deal with psychological stress.
