泥水平衡盾构机新型装配式保压工装设计 被引量:1

摘要 泥水平衡盾构机工作过程中舱体的密封性直接影响着设备的整体性能。现有泥水平衡盾构机保压采用焊接式保压工装,其存在安装耗时长、无法重复利用、变形量大等问题。基于某型号泥水平衡盾构机,提出一种新型装配式保压工装。基于Creo软件对其进行静力学分析,根据保压试验参数建立边界条件,分析工装应力、应变。结果表明,与焊接式保压工装相比,该工装最大应力由228.43 MPa降低至222.62 MPa,工装最大变形量由2.845 mm降低至0.258 mm,密封处最大变形量为0.0679 mm,能够满足气垫舱保压泥浆门密封要求。通过现场试验,验证了新型装配式工装具有较优的可靠性和安装便捷性。该方案对其他类型的泥水平衡盾构机保压技术具有借鉴意义。 The airtightness of the cabin directly affected the overall performance of the equipment during the working process of the slurry shield machine.The existing slurry balanced shield machine adopted welding type tooling to maintain the pressure,which had the problems of long working hours,inability to be reused,and large deformation.Based on a slurry balanced shield machine,a new type of assembled pressure maintaining tool was proposed.Based on Creo software,statics simulation was finished,the boundary conditions were established according to the pressure maintaining test parameters,and the stress and strain of the tooling were analyzed.Compared with welding pressure maintaining tooling,the maximum stress of the tooling was reduced from 228.43 MPa to 222.62 MPa,the maximum deformation of the tooling was reduced from 2.845 mm to 0.258 mm,and the maximum deformation of the seal was 0.0679 mm,which could meet the sealing requirements of the mud door during the pressure holding process of the air cushion compartment.Field experiments verified the superior reliability and installation convenience of the assembled tooling.This scheme had reference significance for other types of slurry balanced shield machine pressure maintaining technology.
