摘要
激光跟踪仪因测量范围大、精度高等优势被广泛应用于大型航空构件的大尺寸测量。然而,随着测量范围的增大,其测量精度将受到测角误差的严重影响。为了实现激光跟踪仪测角误差的准确评估,提出了一种基于非水平位移的激光跟踪仪测角误差标定方法。以空间任意运动位移为约束,采用三坐标测量机与高精度位移台分别对空间任意位移的角度与长度进行高精求解,进而利用激光跟踪仪的干涉测长距离为约束,实现转角的有效表征,进而实现角度误差的高精标定。通过实验室试验,实现了激光跟踪仪测角误差的有效标定。
Laser tracker was widely used in large-scale measurement of large aviation components due to its advantages of large range and high precision.However,with the increase of measurement range,the measurement accuracy was seriously affected by the angle measurement error.In order to realize accurate evaluation of angle error,a calibration method of angle error of laser tracker based on non-horizontal displacement was proposed.The angle and length of arbitrary displacement in space were solved by three coordinate measuring machine and high precision displacement platform respectively with the constraint of arbitrary spatial motion displacement.And the effective representation of angle was realized by using the interference measurement distance of laser tracker as constraint,then the high-precision calibration of angle error was made.The experimental results showed that the angle error laser tracker was calibrated effectively.
