摘要
一般数控设备在数控加工过程中常采用工装防差错来降低因程序原点、刀具直径和根部R、Z值等信息人为错误输入造成的事故频率。通过对现场报废件进行原因分析可知,仍有大部分产品因对称件程序调用错误,多工位角度、偏置量输入错误等造成的加工事故。为此,提出了对称件程序防错、多工位程序防错、公用坐标值输入程序防错和宏程序报警防错等工艺防差错方法。经现场加工验证,该方法可进一步减少数控加工过程中的人为、管理失误,消除中小机械加工企业数控加工过程中的质量隐患,降低产品废品率。
In the process of NC machining,the error prevention was often used to reduce the frequency of accidents caused by human error input such as program origin,tool diameter,root R and Z values,and other information.According to the reason analysis of scrap parts on site,most products still had processing accidents caused by the error of symmetric parts program call,multi-station angles,bias quantity input and so on,so it was put forward that the process error prevention methods of symmetric component program,multi-station program,common coordinate value input program and macro program alarm.Field processing testified that this method could further reduce the human and management errors,eliminate the quality hidden trouble during NC machining of small and medium-sized machining enterprises,and reduce the product rejection rate.
