摘要
随着船舶建造的大型化,采用大抓力不平衡锚作为边锚的船舶设计越来越多,这对船舶边锚锚系设计、制造及现场安装均提出了较高要求。边锚锚系的放样和现场作业指导是这些过程中的核心环节,其设计质量和施工效率直接影响到锚系系统生命周期。文章基于船厂在锚系施工工作的实践经验,对边锚锚系施工设计工作的业务流程进行介绍,基于CATIA软件,对某型船的边锚锚系进行三维放样,结合现场施工的实际需求,提出基于CATIA的锚系现场作业指导办法,大幅提升了设计质量和施工效率。
With the upsizing of shipbuilding,more and more ships adopt the design with big grip and unbalanced anchor as the side anchor,which raises higher requirements for the design,manufacture and site installation of the side anchor system.The lofting and site construction guidance of the bell mouth of the side anchor are the core step of these processes,the design quality and efficiency of which directly affect the life cycle of the anchor system.The article introduces the process of the construction and design work of the side anchor system based on the practical experience in the anchor system construction work in a shipyard.The 3D lofting of the side anchor system of a type of ship is done based on the software CATIA.Combining with the actual demand of the site construction,it presents the site operation instruction of the anchor system based on CATIA.The method can greatly improve the design quality and construction efficiency.
