C型液化气体船纵骨单层底结构校核方法

摘要 中小型液化气体船的货舱多为C型独立液货舱型式,其船底结构通常采用纵骨架式单层底型式,各船级社均无针对该船型单层底结构的适用性规定,设计者需参照其他单底船型的规定进行构件校核。对此,采用主向梁节点挠度法推导出针对C型液化气体船纵骨单层底结构的尺寸校核方法,并采用安全水平利用率进行实船交叉验证。结果表明,该方法可帮助设计者较为便捷地获得单层底构件尺寸,提高该类型液化气体船的船型开发设计效率。 Small and medium-sized liquefied gas vessels are mostly type-C independent cargo tank type,and normally have the type of longitudinal framing single bottom as the ship bottom structure.While there are no specific scantling requirements in all classification rules,designers have to refer to rule requirement applicable for other single bottom ship types to check the part.Aiming at it,a method of scantling calculation is presented for the longitudinal framing single bottom of type-C liquefied gas carrier by using main beam nodal deflection methodology,with real ship cross check on safety utilization factor.The result shows that the method can help designers to verify scantling of single bottom components conveniently,and may improve ship design efficiency for such kind of liquified gas carriers.
