输煤皮带导料槽抑尘结构优化 被引量:3

摘要 对输煤皮带导料槽的抑尘能力进行研究,选用欧拉两相流和k-e标准湍流模型,对无抑尘板、均匀布置和递增布置抑尘板方案进行抑尘效果对比。得出结论:无抑尘板出口截面的颗粒体积分数分布均匀,出口气流污染较重。增加抑尘板后,出口颗粒减少80%,减少了污染。抑尘板均匀布置的导料槽,主要依靠板后涡流蓄积颗粒,除尘持续性较差;抑尘板递增布置时,气流逐渐沿底部运动,带动颗粒在底部发生沉降,使部分涡流蓄积,除尘持续性较好。 The dust suppression ability of coal belt feed channel was studied.Using the Euler two-phase flow and k-e turbulence model,the dust suppression effect difference showed up between guide troughs with no dust suppression plates,evenly arranged and incrementally arranged.It is concluded that the particle concentration distribution at the exit section of the volume faction was uniform,and the outlet airflow pollution was bigger.After adding the dust suppression plates,the particles reduced by 80%and pollution decreased.The evenly-arranged feed channel of the dust suppression plate mainly relied on the vortex behind the plate,while accumulating particles had poor sustainability.When the dust suppression plate was arranged incrementally,the air flow gradually moved along the bottom,causing the particles to partially settle at the bottom,supplemented by partial vortex accumulation.The sustainability of dust removal was better.
