摘要
在发电厂凝结水再循环系统中,调节阀后多出现强烈的振动、噪音。通过对凝结水再循环系统开展多种试验,产生的振动和噪音主要由调节阀后出现的汽蚀和涡流引起。通过提高调节阀后压力和阀后管道内的流体整直,充分利用丝网网孔的梳流作用,使振动和噪音问题得到解决。
In the condensate recycling system of power plant,strong vibration and noise often appear behind the control valve.Through a variety of experiments on the condensate recirculation system,the vibration and noise are mainly caused by cavitation and eddy current behind the control valve.The vibration and noise problems can be solved by increasing the pressure behind the regulating valve,straightening the fluid in the pipeline behind the valve,and making full use of the combing effect of the mesh.
