城市社区空间的层级分化、位置匹配与价值重塑

本文是基于生活质量的城市社区空间价值及其选择行为的探讨。研究发现,随着人们生活水准的提升和对高品质居住生活的追求,城市社区空间出现了明显的层级分化趋势,而这种层级分化是人们在对社区空间价值判断和选择的基础上,利用自己的资源整合能力,追逐社区空间利益的必然结果,而居住隔离和社会隔离则是社区空间价值层级分化的必然产物。层级分化后,人们以社会位置与特定社区空间相匹配,对社区空间价值进行再造并将其具体化,由此产生了一种不同以往的弹性的社区空间。因此,需要我们重新确立社区空间价值取向,深入体验和掌握社区空间价值再造的规律,并进行相应的制度和政策设计,以建设更高品质的城市社区生活空间。

This paper explores the spatial value of urban community on the connotation of quality of life and the behavior selection mechanism of micro-subjects.The results show that with the improvement of people's quality of life,the trend of hierarchical differentiation of urban community space is gradually emerging.It is the inevitable result of the behavior subject based on the choice of the value of community space,making use of their own resources integration ability to pursue the interests of community space.At the same time,it also brings the inevitable phenomenon of residential and social isolation.In this process,the social status of actors and the value of community space are highly coupled,and the value of community space is re-shaped.Therefore,we need to re-establish the value orientation of community space,deeply understand the formation law of community space value,and take it as the premise of the corresponding system and policy design,so as to achieve the goal of building a higher quality community living space.
