腹型肥胖者炎症因子水平与脑血管疾病的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation between the Levels of Inflammatory Factors and Cerebrovascular Diseases in Abdominal Obesity

摘要 目的分析腹型肥胖者炎症因子水平与脑血管疾病的相关性。方法选取腹型肥胖者87例为观察组,随访12个月根据是否发生脑血管疾病,将观察组又分为脑血管疾病组和非脑血管疾病组,并选取同期非肥胖体检者30例作为对照组,检测脑血管疾病组、非脑血管疾病组和对照组的血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平;采用多元线性回归分析脑血管疾病相关风险。结果观察组脑血管疾病发生率20.69%,高于对照组6.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑血管疾病组患者CRP、IL-6水平分别为(11.50±1.02)mg·L^(-1)、(59.60±5.10)μg·L^(-1),非脑血管疾病组分别为(6.78±0.54)mg·L^(-1)、(34.50±3.68)μg·L^(-1),对照组分别为(1.05±0.63)mg·L^(-1)、(20.10±1.86)μg·L^(-1),脑血管疾病组患者CRP、IL-6水平最高,其次为非脑血管疾病组,对照组最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。线性相关分析显示,脑血管疾病与腹型肥胖、炎症因子水平呈显著相关性(P<0.05);且腹型肥胖、炎症因子与脑血管疾病具有线性回归关系。结论腹型肥胖与脑血管疾病发生密切相关,且结合炎症因子水平监测措施利于早期评定和监控脑血管疾病易感高危人群,从而早期防控脑血管疾病的发生。 Objective To analyze the correlation between the levels of inflammatory factors and cerebrovascular diseases in abdominal obesity.Methods A total of 87 patients with abdominal obesity were selected as the observation group.The observation group was divided into cerebrovascular disease group and non-cerebrovascular disease group according to whether cerebrovascular disease occurred during the 12-month follow-up.30 obesity subjects served as a control group.Serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels were detected in the cerebrovascular disease group,non-cerebrovascular disease group,and control group;multiple linear regression was used to analyze the cerebrovascular Disease-related risks.Results The incidence of cerebrovascular disease in the observation group was 20.69%,which was higher than that in the control group by 6.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CRP and IL-6 in the cerebrovascular disease group were(11.50±1.02)mg·L^(-1) and(59.60±5.10)μg·L^(-1),and the non-cerebrovascular disease group were(6.78±0.54)mg·L^(-1),(34.50±3.68)μg·L^(-1),the control group were(1.05±0.63)mg·L^(-1),(20.10±1.86)μg·L^(-1),CRP and IL-6 in the cerebrovascular disease group was the highest,followed by the non-cerebrovascular disease group,and the control group was lowest,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Linear correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between cerebrovascular disease and abdominal obesity and inflammatory factor levels(P<0.05);and there was a linear regression relationship between abdominal obesity,inflammatory factors and cerebrovascular disease.Conclusion Abdominal obesity is closely related to the occurrence of cerebrovascular diseases,and combined with the monitoring of inflammatory factor levels is beneficial to early assessment and monitoring of high-risk populations susceptible to cerebrovascular diseases,so as to prevent and control the occurrence of cerebrovascular diseases early.
