摘要
系统模拟了保温帽径缩比、锥度和底沿法兰厚度三个参数对钢锭质量的影响。结果表明,冒口径缩比对缩孔疏松影响最明显,径缩比越大,缩孔越小,对夹杂物上浮最有利;锥度和底沿法兰厚度在研究参数范围内,对缩孔疏松影响相对较小。根据模拟结果,确定各影响因素的最优值,设计得到最佳的保温帽结构。
The influence of the three parameters of the insulation cap diameter reduction ratio,taper and flange thickness along the bottom on the quality of ingot has been systematically simulated.The results show that the riser diameter reduction ratio has the most obvious effect on the porosity,and the larger the diameter reduction ratio is,the smaller the shrinkage cavity is,the more favorable it is for the inclusion to float up.The taper and the flange thickness along the bottom have little influence on the shrinkage and porosity.According to the simulation results,the optimal value of each influencing factor has been determined,and the optimal insulation cap structure has been designed.
