介绍了ZYP40R模具钢的电渣重熔生产工艺。通过电极坯母材原始铝含量控制、电渣重熔时采用返回渣系、重熔过程脱氧剂分阶段加入、全程氩气保护等方式有效保证电渣钢中的铝含量,生产出符合要求的自耗电极及电渣锭。

The electroslag remelting process of ZYP40 R die steel has been introduced.By means of controlling the original aluminum content of electrode billet base material,adopting returning slag system during remelting,adding deoxidizer by stages during remelting,and adopting argon protection throughout the whole process,the aluminum content in the electroslag steel can be effectively guaranteed,so as to produce consumable electrode and electroslag ingots that meet the requirements.
