摘要
根据2.25%Cr材质铸件和9%Cr材质铸件化学成分和力学性能,分析两种材料的焊接性,结合产品标准要求,选择合适的焊接材料和焊接方法。通过焊接工艺性试验,对异种钢焊接接头进行无损检测、力学性能检测,分析选择的焊接材料和焊接方法对产品异种材质焊接的可靠性。
According to the chemical composition and mechanical properties of 2.25%Cr castings and 9%Cr castings,the weldability of the two materials has been analyzed,and appropriate welding materials and welding methods have been selected in combination with the product standard requirements.Through welding process test,nondestructive test and mechanical property test have been carried out for welding joints of dissimilar steel,and the reliability of selected welding materials and welding methods to the welding of dissimilar steel has been analyzed.
