摘要
提出了采用弧焊机器人结合增材制造技术修复超大型模具的方法,通过有限元对模具受力状态分析,设计了具有梯度结构的焊接修复层。通过实验和试制,证明该方法可有效解决超大型模具的缺陷修复问题。
The method of repairing super large die by arc welding robot combined with additive manufacturing technology has been put forward,and the welding repair layer with gradient structure has been designed by finite element analysis of the stress state of die.Through experiment and trial production,it has been proved that this method can effectively solve the defect repair problem of super large mold.
