上海职住平衡在轨道交通影响下的改变

摘要 上海面临着超大城市典型的通勤压力,为改善这种情况,提出将加强公共交通可达性建设和职住平衡建设结合起来,即在轨道交通站点的一定距离,一定通勤时长内,职住能达到相对平衡,即可在全市尺度上降低通勤压力。使用全上海所有基站的手机信令数据,获得地铁周边居住与岗位的密度,同时比对相关站点的地理位置。对每个站点,提取其沿地铁线6 km,8 km和12 km内所有站点周边500 m数据来判断每个站点范围内职住建设是否达到平衡。 Shanghai is facing the typical commuting problems every mega cities faces.As an attempt to alleviate such problem,this paper proposes a combined approach of both metro network and jobs-housing balance,suggest that if jobs and housing could achieve balance within a certain distance along the metro lines,city-wide commuting should be reduced.The basic data in this research are cell phone data in each base station all over Shanghai,processed into raster data,and then convert to vector data to overlap with existing metro system vector data.For every station,we calculate the jobs and housing count of the stations 6 km,8 km or 12 km along the metro line to determine if certain areas are considered designed balanced in certain statistic scale.
