摘要
当前鲁南城区深基坑支护项目,存在方案安全度较低及边坡施工过程中出现的容易造成失稳现象的问题。通过选取典型项目,应用QC活动的PDCA循环理论,调整方案合理性,使其更加安全、经济,提前预判施工过程中可能发生存在的问题,在施工过程中应用QC方法加以解决,使施工质量得到了明显提高,确保了城区深基坑施工安全顺利的进行。
The design of deep foundation pit in Shandong Province is more likely to waste the design drawings and the design of deep foundation pit in Shandong Province.The design scheme is more safe and economical.The problems that may occur in the construction process are predicted and solved in advance.The construction quality is obviously improved,and the safety and smooth construction of deep foundation pit support design and construction are ensured.
