摘要
介绍了一种高黏改性剂的研发及其应用在沥青及沥青混合料当中性能的评价。该高黏改性剂主要由橡胶粉、SBS、油以及石油树脂按照一定的比例组合而成,通过分析各种材料对改性剂性能指标的影响,采用正交试验的方法研发出高黏改性剂的配方,然后进行试验证明:添加该高黏改性剂后剪切而成的改性沥青具有优异的性能,其指标均满足交通运输行业标准JT/T 860.2—2013沥青混合料改性添加剂第2部分:高黏度添加剂规定要求。且将其添加到OGFC-13沥青混合料中后发现其具有良好的抗飞散效果及其他优越的路用性能,可应用于道路工程。
This paper introduces the research and development of a high viscosity modifier and its application in asphalt and asphalt mixture.The high viscosity modifier is mainly composed of rubber powder,SBS,oil and petroleum resin according to a certain proportion.By analyzing the influence of various materials on the performance index of the modifier,the formulation of the high viscosity modifier was developed by using the orthogonal test method,and the test results showed that the modified asphalt obtained by shearing with the high viscosity modifier had good performance,and its indexes all met the requirements of the standard general transportation industry standard JT/T 860.2—2013 Modified Additives for Asphalt Mixture Part 2:High Viscosity Additives.After adding it to OGFC-13 asphalt mixture,it is found that it has good anti flying effect and other superior road performance,which can be used in road engineering.
