摘要
随着市域快速轨道交通工程对减振扣件需求加大,以成都轨道交通18号线为依托,对国内双层非线性减振扣件、Lord型扣件、轨道减振器扣件三种类型减振扣件进行方案比选,确定18号线中等减振地段采用GJ-Ⅲ型双层非线性减振扣件,综合考虑减振效果与行车安全因素,确定减振扣件静刚度参数。通过室内试验测试验证扣件系统相关指标均满足设计要求。其他市域快速轨道交通工程项目减振扣件可根据其特点综合比选后参考设计。
With the increasing demand for vibration absorbing fastener in metropolitan rapid rail transit system,depending on Chengdu metro line 18,by comparing double-layer nonlinear fastener,Lord fastener and the shock-absorber fastener in China,GJ-Ⅲdouble layer nonlinear vibration absorbing fastener is adopted in medium vibration reduction section of line 18.The static stiffness parameter of vibration absorbing fastener is determined by comprehensively considering the vibration reduction effect and train safety factors.It is verified that the relevant indexes of the fastener system meet the design requirements through the indoor test.Vibration absorbing fasteners for other rapid rail transit projects can be referenced according to the actual situation.
