摘要
供应链管理在制造业已得到广泛的应用,同时BIM技术正在建设行业大力推广。鉴于基本建设项目的复杂性,将BIM技术与供应链管理结合引入到基本建设项目管理中,是提高基本建设项目进度及管理效率的重要手段之一。结合目前基本建设项目管理现状,提出将BIM技术与供应链管理结合,构建了基本建设项目供应链BIM模型,分析了模型应用存在的阻碍因素,进而从组织形式、技术管理、实施管理三个角度提出了管理措施,从而实现基本建设项目集成化、高效化的管理模式。
Supply chain management has been widely used in manufacturing industry,and BIM technology has been popularized in construction industry.In view of the complexity of construction project,introducing BIM technology and supply chain management into construction project management is one of the important means to improve the progress and management efficiency of construction project.Combining with the current situation of management,this paper proposed to combine BIM technology with supply chain management,construct a supply chain model of construction project,and analyzed the obstacles in the application of the model,then from the organizational form,technical management and the implementation of management measures,so as to achieve the construction project integration,efficient management model.
