中国油气井高压除砂器技术现状

Present Technical Status of High Pressure Desander for Oil and Gas Well in China

油气井井口高压除砂器的作用是净化井底返排液中地层砂、压裂砂、岩屑等固相颗粒,保护下游设备免受冲蚀,从而延长下游设备的使用寿命。比较国内现有的几种油气井高压除砂器的结构、工作原理和特点,结果表明现有井口除砂器主要存在压力级别低、分离效率不稳定、依靠人工排砂劳动强度大等问题。针对问题提出了改变常规井口除砂器的技术措施和发展方向。建议中国应尽早着手研发使用于页岩气等非常规油气专用的井口除砂装置。

The purpose of the high pressure desander for oil and gas Wells is to purify the formation sand,fracturing sand,cuttings and other solid particles in the backflow of the well,protecting the downstream equipment from erosion,thus extend the service life of the downstream equipment.By comparing the structure,working principle and characteristics of several existing domestic high pressure desander,the results show that the main problem is that the pressure level is low,thus the separation efficiency is unstable,and the labor intensity is high.In view of the existing problems,the technical measures and development direction are put forward.It is suggested that China should develop desander for unconventional oil and gas such as shale gas as early as possible.
