基于习近平总书记关于学校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的重要论述,以新时代思政课教师情怀的内涵与培育路径为研究重点,深入分析了思政课教师具有深厚情怀的重要性和必要性,从家国情怀、社会主义情怀和人民情怀3方面阐述了新时代思政课教师情怀的基本内涵,提出了加强教育培训、完善相关制度、加强舆论引导等思政课教师情怀的培育路径。

Based on General Secretary Xi Jinping′s important statement on the construction of ideological and political theory teachers in schools,focused on the connotation and cultivation path of ideological and political theory teachers in the new era,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the importance and necessity of the deep feelings of ideological and political course teachers.It expounds the basic connotation of ideological and political course teachers in the new era:patriotism,socialism and people′s feelings.At the same time,systematic methods are proposed for the cultivation of ideological and political teachers in the new era,such as strengthening education and training to further enhance the ideological and political course teachers′feelings,improving the system to further guarantee the cultivation of ideological and political course teachers′feelings,and optimizing the public opinion environment to more effectively guide the improvement of ideological and political course teachers′feelings.
