后疫情时代中日韩合作的新机遇和新挑战

New Challenges and New Opportunities of Trilateral Cooperation among China,Japan and ROK in the Post-epidemic

新冠疫情给中日韩带来了重大影响和一系列新变化,三国在疫情中展现出了同舟共济、守望相助的合作姿态,加深了命运相连的认知。在这种背景下,中日韩合作面临新的机遇,有望在公共医疗卫生服务、经贸合作、科技合作和网络应用等领域取得新进展。但受种族主义言论、逆全球化思潮、不稳定的双边关系、产业同质化竞争、中美关系恶化和朝核问题等因素的影响,三国合作也面临着巨大挑战。今后,中日韩需继续强化合作,尽快摆脱疫情影响,并以此为基础进一步推动区域合作进程,为构建东北亚命运共同体奠定基础,也为世界团结抗疫树立典范,并推动全球经济发展,为世界和平与繁荣做出贡献。

The COVID-19 has made a profound impact on the international community including China,Japan and ROK,while it also has brought some new changes.The three countries,in so difficult period,have deeply recognized their closely linked fate and future,stood in solidarity and rendered mutual assistance.Under such background,the cooperation among China,Japan and ROK have emerged new opportunities.And it is expected that the three countries can make new progress in various fields,including public health services,economic and trade cooperation,scientific and technological cooperation as well as network applications.However,due to several factors such as racism,anti-globalization thoughts,unstable bilateral relations,industrial homogenization competition and the US and the Korean nuclear issue,the trilateral cooperation have confronted serious challenges.China,Japan and Korea should work closely to get rid of the negative impacts caused by this pandemic,and further promote regional cooperation to build a community of the Northeast Asia with a shared future.Their joint efforts also set a good example for international cooperation in fighting the virus,advance global economic development and make contributions to the global peace and prosperity.
