摘要
在智慧城市建设背景下,TOD模式如何演变值得关注。针对未来城市发展趋势,目前存在鼓励TOD化和去TOD化两种论述。通过分析可知,两种论述的争议仅仅是表象,而内涵则具有一致性。基于理论综述和案例对比可得出,未来城市中轨道站点TOD模式不会被"去掉",但内涵会发生变化,TOD模式将利用新技术在TOD化和去TOD化的对立中取得平衡,形成结构更为完整的簇群化结构。TOD规划中的慢行优先、功能混合、紧凑发展和人性空间等基本原则的人性化要求依然有效,但在此基础上将出现智慧技术影响和创新内涵发展的新变化特征:首先,在鼓励慢行的基础上,自动驾驶等新技术将加强站点地区与周边区域的连接;其次,在功能混合的基础上,TOD将在主要节点形成服务智慧创新发展的原生功能;再次,在紧凑形态的基础上,TOD单元将形成更灵活的多中心、簇群化布局形态;最后,在人性空间基础上,形成具有可识别性的共享化、智慧化的公共空间网络。
TOD model is receiving much attention in smart city development.The ongoing contention between pro-TOD and de-TOD contention is only superficial and their connotation is identical in essence.Literature review and case studies reveal that TOD model in rail transit development will evolve towards a complete clustering structure with new technologies.The principles of slow transport priority,mixed functions,compact development,and humanistic space will remain valuable,while smart technologies and innovations instigate changes.Firstly,auto pilot technology will strengthen the connection between station and surrounding areas as slow transport remains encouraged;secondly,there will be more flexible multicentric,clustering layout in TOD units based on compact morphology;finally,an identifiable,sharing,and smart public space network is formed based on humanistic spaces.
