县域生态空间系统化修复路径与实践

Systematic Repair of County Area Ecological Space

县域生态空间承担着"上承格局、下引实施"的重要作用,是国家生态空间修复的关键层级。结合浏阳市国土空间总体规划实践,研究县域生态空间系统化修复思路与策略,指出县域生态修复应从末端修复转向系统修复,提出从空间集成视角切入,构建"格局引领—过程甄别—单元集成"的系统化修复路径与策略,将保护与修复要素在修复单元内进行空间集成,并与国土空间用途管制紧密衔接,填补宏观生态格局与具体修复工程的传导断层,力求实现县域生态空间的系统化修复。

County area ecological space is a critical level in national space system and connects upper and lower plans.With Liuyang land and space master plan as an example,the paper studies the systematic concept and strategy of county area ecological space,indicates it shall transfer from ends repair to system repair,establishes a path of "layout lead,process recognition,unit integration",and integrates preservation and repair elements within the units.It realizes close connection with national land and space governance,as well as systematic repair of county area ecological space.
