近年来,全域土地综合整治与生态修复工程协同并进的发展模式在江浙地区的环境治理实践中取得了显著成效。以衢州市全域土地综合整治实例为基础,阐述了全域土地综合整治实施过程中的水土保持理念,深入剖析了土地整治的生态文明价值,积极探索了推进农村环境高水平保护的新举措,旨在为类似地区提供可复制、可推广的环境治理经验,全面推进水土保持生态文明建设。

In recent years,the co-move forward development mode of comprehensive improvement of land in the whole region and ecological rehabilitation has made remarkable achievements in the practice of ecological improvement of the areas of Jiangsu and Zhejiang.Taking the comprehensive improvement of land in the whole region of Quzhou city as an example,the paper expounded the concept of soil and water conservation in the process,deeply analyzed the ecological civilization value of land improvement and actively explored new measures to promote the high level of rural environmental protection for the purpose of providing replicable and generalizable environmental management experience for similar areas and comprehensively promoting the construction of ecological civilization of soil and water conservation.
